During this time I will ask you about the issues bringing you to therapy at this time and then I will share the services I offer. If it seems like we are a good fit then I will schedule our intake appointment.  Together, we will develop a plan to bring improve your mental health. Each session, we work with whatever you wish to bring into your session. The time is yours.  The first step is usually the hardest but it is well worth it.
